About Intini

Intini makes clogs on a cork footbed and slippers lined with faux fur, and has done so for 8 years.

What is Intini?

Intini is a footwear brand. Since 2018 its best-known shape has been a round-toe clog, open at the heel, with a strap across the instep and a cork bed underneath. You see that shape on the front page in eleven colors of genuine suede.

Around that clog sit four more styles. A faux leather version of the cork clog for wet jobs. A fleece-lined platform clog slipper and an ankle-high mini boot slipper for the house. And a fleece-lined clog slipper in kids' sizes.

Why cork under the foot?

Cork is light, it gives a little under pressure, and with warmth and wear it takes a shallow print of the foot that stands on it. That is why a new cork clog feels firm and a worn one feels like yours. The raised contour under the arch is shaped into the cork itself.

Under the cork sits an EVA outsole, which is lighter than rubber and grips a floor well enough for errands. Suede goes on top because it is soft from the first wear and needs no breaking in of its own.

Who are the pairs for?

For anyone who takes their shoes off at the door and wants the next pair on in one step. The adult clogs and the platform clog slipper print a women's and a men's size on the same label, so a household can shop from one size list.

The suede clog runs from a women's 5 to a women's 15, which is rare for this shape. The kids' slipper runs from Little Kid 1.5 to Big Kid 7 and has nothing to fasten.
