Sizing a slipper for a growing foot
Measure your child's foot standing, in the evening, and leave room in front of the longest toe. The American Podiatric Medical Association puts that room at 10 to 15 millimeters and suggests checking the size every four to six months.
A slipper that is too big slips off at the heel when a child runs, because this one has no strap. If your child is between two sizes, the smaller of the two usually stays on better in a pull-on shoe, as long as the toes have room.

Questions
Intini kids slippers: your questions
What size Intini kids slipper should you buy?
Measure your child standing, in the evening, and leave 10 to 15 millimeters in front of the longest toe. Sizes run from Little Kid 1.5 to Big Kid 7.
Can your child put on the Intini kids slipper alone?
Yes. There is no buckle or strap, and the collar is loose enough to pull on with one hand.
Does your child need arch support in the Intini kids slipper?
It has a faux fur lined insole on an EVA sole, not a shaped arch. The foot and ankle surgeons at AOFAS note that most children do not need a special arch support.
How often should you check your child's Intini slipper size?
The American Podiatric Medical Association suggests every four to six months. If the slipper slips off at the heel or the toes reach the front, it is time for the next size.
Will your son or daughter find a color in Intini kids slippers?
Yes. Colors run from grey, dark blue and black to apricot, khaki and pink.
